Daily Duties at Motorola:
Charged with turning around under-performing Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) whose inability to program ODM products resulted in poor quality and late shipments. Led team of engineers in the US and Singapore to manage programming tool/process for all ODM products. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS: - Resolved critical logistics and quality issues by creating application interface between Motorola and ODM software that enabled the Center to program all ODM products. - Drove flawless product launches by creating ‘early involvement’ process that provided manufacturing requirements at the earliest stages of the design process.
