Daily Duties at C Construction Inc :
• Reviewed all incoming contracts, ensuring both legal stipulations and pricing were accurate and acceptable. • Ensured all documents related to the contract (city licenses, insurance certificates, preliminary notices, etc) were completed, all documents signed, and fully executed contracts received. • Collected billing paperwork from customers or their websites and resolved any missing, incomplete or incorrect items before submitting to billing department. • Updated contract accrual reports, verified against accounting open item reports, researched and resolved any discrepancies • Reduced contract accrual report by 40% in three months and by 75% in six months. • Organize and upkeep both physical and electronic contracts and billing files and documents from multiple sources. • Worked closely with legal and accounting departments to ensure receipt of all funds • Developed internal monitoring process used to determine correct invoicing amount for Commercial projects. • Requested insurance certificates from the broker and maintained their renewals • Upon closing of company, I was requested to stay on an additional two months, essential becoming the only non-management, non-labor employee to help close out our office.
