Daily Duties at Expeditors International:
Created bids, proposals, and sales material for global distribution • Assisted executives on different projects, programs, and events • Managed the business administration of Expeditors’ consulting division, Tradewin, through developing standardized proposals, Scopes of Work, seminar and training agendas; Supported operating system changes, disk restores, database development, program management, and implementation of new programs, installations, and processes. Provided administrative support to a Senior VP, Regional VP and the District Manager of Expeditors Los Angeles branch. This included scheduling travel, meetings, customer visits, and training seminars • I also supported the Sales staff through proposal and bid preparation, sales performance reports and lead follow-up • Performed general office management duties regarding facilities maintenance and security, safety and security training, scheduling planned power outages and earthquake drills.
