Robert Bosch Corporation, Novi, MI Regional Sales Manager, Automotive and Automation Groups Responsibilities: Develop new and existing sales through ten (10) outside Sales Engineers and ten (10) distributors calling on the OEMs and Tier I/II suppliers. Responsible for Direct and Distributor Sales of ABS products as well as responsible for the Industrial Automation Systems Group e.g. Robotics, Electro-Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Mechanical Controls. Additionally, responsible for all Program Management as well as establishing regional sales goals and forecasts Bosch Automotive and Packaging facilities to engineer and develop turnkey flexible automation and control systems. Exemplary Sales and Marketing Accomplishments: Increase automotive sales pipeline by $8,000,000. Increased automation sales volumes from $0 to $1,000,000+ in Michigan Developed Articulating Arm counter-balancing controls for Bosch Fastening Group that was approved at GM, Ford body and assembly facilities via Pico-Wisne Group. Developed and sold first field bus system within North America as part of the global engineering marketing team: approximation $75,000
