HOERBIGER ORIGA Systems GmbH, A Partner Of ROSS Controls, Birmingham, MI Director of Business Development N/S America Transferred from ROSS Controls to HOSy (alliance of ROSS CONTROLS) to open and operate a new Sales and Engineering facility for Automotive Vehicle Components, Automation Controls and Medical Controls into the Americas. Responsibilities: NA Operations, Sales and Marketing Team and twenty-five (25) Manufacture Sales Representatives, Distribution, Engineering, P&L and yearly budgets. Products included launching of Piezo and Silicon proportional control systems technologies for Advance Fuel Systems and Lumbar Seating, Medical and Healthcare and Prosthetics. Responsible for New Product Development of Automotive Vehicle Components, Seating Systems and Industrial Proportional Automation Controls. Objectives: continuous development of new and existing business for promoting OE Components and automation Systems, utilizing Electro-mechanical and Sensor Technology within various Automotive Vehicle and Seating Systems. Exemplary Management, Sales and Marketing Accomplishments:  Established a $2,000,000 minimum 5 year contract…lumbar seating system and On-board Communication Sensor Safety Systems with DCX and GM-Opel.  Established a multi-million dollar contracts with Lear, JCI, Magna Intier and Delphi on advance seating lumbar support systems  Established an R&D Fuel System development with Delphi…$450,000  Established product specifications for GM, Ford and DCX
