Daily Duties at T Netix:

Was responsible for assisting Regional Managers with their accounts and any problems they may have encountered. Liaison with partners and internal staff to provide outstanding service. Frequently hosted meetings, conference calls and training sessions with customers and partners. Hands on knowledge of all three platforms and ancillary products. Went on service calls as needed. Most recently completed the PA DOC upgrades project and led the end user training forum on the field side. Currently leading the MA DOC upgrade project. Project management (upgrades, user training, new installs, etc.).Customer service and retention. Dispatching of all TSC"s. In depth account review and clean up per request of VP or director. Organized and participated in customer training sessions such as PA DOC.
