Daily Duties at Vi Ntek:
Supervise a staff of 25 employees, both customer support and title clerks. Responsible for all aspects of customer implementation and care. Project management, client contact, database management, call center operations. Reports to Director of Operations and keeps him updated on daily statistics. Plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development in conjunction with IT. Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements. Manage and develop direct reporting staff of 25 in call center and 10 other employees. Liaise with other departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements. Contribute to the evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team. Create and implement process for the triage of requests and escalations. Negotiate and monitor service level agreements with other support groups for clients. Design and launch new work flow procedures.
