Resolve complex customer issues covering a full range of services in a prompt, professional manner with the goal of exceeding customer expectations through customer follow-up on installation/service quality, process requests on a direct customer contact basis Evaluate, coach and counsel personnel in the performance of their duties, and communicate all training needs to Manager. Maintain expertise in communicating various products and services to customers Communicate and monitor performance of business initiatives, sales, service and performance standards and goals for the department staff. Work with cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues and address process improvements opportunities Compile Monthly/Weekly/Daily reports Hiring, training and development of staff.
