Daily Duties at Lake Country Motel:
Operator of daily operations, budgeting, maintenance, customer service, decision making, and all financial operations. Maintained facility inside and outside. Developed all forms and advertising materials. Performed many community services. My maintenance skills are not mastery and used commercial services for large jobs. Performed most renovation of business myself and/or supervised renovations. Management of employees including hiring & terminations. Sold business in 2007 and moved to Greenville, TX. Spent the year renovating home fully and restoring our investment of 1954 Chevy BelAir Sport Coupe. Spent the year doing this to prepare for entering the work force again. Also, worked part-time since 2002 as a musician in a classic rock cover band.
