Daily Duties at Citizens Bank:
Sr. Project Manager charged with the management of the retail program of Basel projects intended to create a retail credit risk data warehouse for risk reporting purposes in accordance with Basel II statutory requirements. Also worked as a member a of the project management team responsible for PeopleSoft Implementation and other Human Resources conversion projects. . Concurrently managed interdependent projects; SAS infrastructure, Data gathering, Retail model methodology & development, Statistical models implementation, SAS data architecture, Data governance, Model use & implementation, Basel Governance: Control & Oversight. • Team leadership and management of direct reports: Project Analysts and Business Analysts.
