Managed all aspects of the Implementation, Integration, Customer Support and Quality Assurance Teams for PeopleFilterÒ using Standard Project Management methdologies Managed Operations as directed by CEO Escalation contact for all customer related issues Tested all the major releases of PeopleFilter product tracked in RMTrack Created Project Management Standards for the company Trained other personnel on Project Management Standards – Processes and Documentation Created all Professional Services documentation including Contracts, Statements of Work, RFIs, RFPs, Requirements Documentation Managed Contract Fulfillment and Renewal Maintained excellent relationship with Sales for both customer presentations of product and pre-sales support Major accounts personally implemented, managed and trained include: U.S. Cellular, Astellas, Pharma, Banco Popular, William Blair LLC, American Girl, Citicards, Empire Today
