Monitored fuel sales volume and competitor pricing strategies, maintained store layout and product displays per schematics, developed station level sales promotions, staffed and scheduled labor, managed operating expenses, prepared and submitted daily sales reports, including invoices, bank deposits, and environmental compliance reports, managed all monies, site files, manuals, and other information materials. Developed and assigned tasks appropriately to ensure that the site was clean, adequately stocked, and organized for fast, convenient and professional service to customers. Developed professional relationships with all suppliers, promoted and ensured a safe, positive public image, recruited, interviewed, and selected applicants, ensured all employees received continuous on the job training, motivated, rewarded, and disciplined employees, set and communicated performance expectations and evaluated them, and developed high potential employees. Maintained safety standards, and held regular safety awareness and training meetings along with other routine meetings to promote a team oriented store.
