Daily Duties at Acc Capital:
During my duration of employment I have been promoted twice. My duties have included various activities. I pull and read credit reports along with other industry scoring bureaus on individuals and businesses. Coordinate funding and syndication activities for various equipment leases. Create and maintain databases on credit and underwriting profiles, analyze financial statements, tax returns, business plans, pro-formas, and all other miscellaneous company information to make decisions on the credit worthiness of a business. Underwrite, establish pricing, write proposals and make recommendations for the company’s financing activities. Miscellaneous administrative duties such as filing, due dilligence, scanning, data entry, and conducting broker meetings. Structure deals from $15K up to $52MM+. Serve as an intermediary and director of relations with the company’s clients, of which, I establish, maintain and develop relationships with over 350 leasing brokers to improve overall organizational performance. Educating brokers on various financing programs and equipment leases, attend regional conferences in representation of the company, market products, and serve on the company’s front line to generate deals/business as one of the top producers.
