Daily Duties at Metropolitan Provisions:
Supervising the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources Department in the Vernon facility, the largest of the five facilities with over 250 employees. In addition, also supervised the Human Resources functions of the San Diego and Maywood plants with a combined total of 190 employees. Responsibilities included the development and enhancement of internal managerial training, development, implementation/communication, and enforcement of all company's policies & procedures. Partnered with C.E.O., C.F.O., and V.P. of Human Resources to further enhance all managerial training, recruiting & retaining talent, best management practices, succession planning, and mentoring programs.
