Daily Duties at Russell Athletics:
•Developed and maintained 32.0 million dozen unit forecast process using statistical analysis to provide senior management with definitive financial data for use in deriving inventory levels and other operational inputs that drove margin dynamics. •Aggregated data analysis into formal presentations that summarized action plans for senior management to manage inventory and sensitize working capital. •Managed +1000 SKU Team Sports forecast. Examined color/size percentages by SKU to ensure proper alignment of six month working forecast and demand. •Constructed new analytical forecasting strategy with The Sports Authority account. Partnered with the Sales Department to evaluate past forecast accuracy compared to actual shipments with the top ten men’s and women’s styles. Increased MAPE% (Mean Absoulte Percentage Error) within two months of implementation.
