Troubleshooting basic hardware and software for NMCI users in a Windows environment. Including client account troubleshooting, printer troubleshooting, MS Office troubleshooting, configuring and Troubleshooting Blackberry devices and software, RAS for remote sites, Tivoli, Citrix/ICA, Remedy ticket system, CAC Reader and card troubleshooting, BuRAS, Wireless and hotel connectivity troubleshooting.
