Daily Duties at Penske Auto Group:
Responsible for maintaining hardware and software systems, including 3rd party programs for 11 auto dealers in a Windows environment. Including MS Office troubleshooting, Maintaining and updating server platforms, Configuring server side IIS, Maintaining ISIS diagnostic system for BMW of San Diego, Configuring and Troubleshooting Blackberry devices and software. Asset control and Inventory, Minor fiber optic configurations, Resolving network connectivity issues, installing VPN as a backup network, and using Ghost to image and reimage drives
