Identify development opportunities for Payment Processors Weekly, Train for greate accuracy and efficiency. Identify and implement process improvement inititatives that lead to decreased overpayments/decreased outstanding credits for a Fortune 500 company ranked #1 for the sixth consecutive year. Coordinate job opportunity for new hires and temporary staff. Monthly, manage commercial accounts and monitor transaction records to validate account activity and reconcile. Adhere to policies and guidelines to mitigate risk of fraud and enhance quality assurance for commercial customers in accordance to federal regulations. Daily, responsible for managing/maintaining classified/confidential account information.
