Daily Duties at Ball Corporation :
Reorganized and streamlined the graphics department of a metal container manufacturer responsible for new and updated artwork for over 700 steel container and aerosol product labels. Produced comprehensive market and competitive assessments to support executive management decisions. Handled client relations for customers such as Colgate, Kal Kan, Sherwin Williams and Amway. Lead an action team of department members to identify tools and training needed to turnaround performance, resulting in improved efficiency and customer retention. Served as point person for internal marketing, graphics and production departments, twenty-two external manufacturing facilities, the client, and graphics and ink vendors. Met an aggressive one-year deadline to design, document, and implement an MFG-PRO graphics system among twenty-two manufacturing facilities.
