Daily Duties at Catertaining :
Managed multiple complex projects with an emphasis on providing quality products on schedule, on or below budget, and achieving stated financial objectives. Tripled the volume of a catering company in eighteen months and doubled revenues each year for the first three years, solely through repeat and referral business. Managed all bidding and sales, cost/accounting management, purchasing, vendor relations, inventory control, client relations and employee development. Organized and executed events for twenty to two-thousand people; determined menu, staff and entertainment; handled logistics for deliveries, rentals, technical equipment and props.
