Daily Duties at First Data:
Managed large cash management (treasury) retail lockbox projects to coordinate major bank - to - bank or platform - to - platform service conversions, install complex and or multi faceted services for system enhancements or new system integrations. Exemplified strong organizational skills and responsibility for internal and external project activities. Collaboration with key members of the bank, client, operations and information technology departments to develop and implement new products and services. Created project documentation to include project planning, scope analysis, technical design, product development, statement and remittance design, technical writing, identifying gaps, creating test scripts, coordination of internal/external testing, end-user testing, status reporting, production analysis, and billing. Managed internal set up testing with technical and operational areas as well as facilitated client data file testing requirements. Embodied excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, motivation and conflict management know-how. Led diverse, cross-functional teams in the fulfillment of corporate productivity, quality and bottom-line objectives. Applied knowledge of various internal and external systems such as Image, TSYS, Check Free, FDR, Fidelity File Transfer, Remote Deposit, Image Cash Letter, PEP+, Unisys and Wausau software. Utilized project management tools to create, design and communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders. Microsoft Applications: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Project, Lotus Notes, Outlook, Visio and Internet.
