The technology provides chemical deciphering without sampling. Company split and technology is now being expanded by founder for detection of cancerous cells. • Responsible for accounting and administration, including SEC filings, HR, insurance and payroll tax issues. Cleared payroll tax issue with favorable settlement. • Cleared all restatement issues as well as SEC comment letter on prior accounting treatment. • Positioned company for continued funding to further develop the technology.
