Oversee nationwide recruitment, oversee all aspects of HR and perform audits of regional HR offices. Design and deliver all HR compliance training. Establish Leadership Development programs, monitor success of same. Corporate liaison for all high-level invenstigations and legal matters. Implemented first Performance Management program and succession planning program.
