Daily Duties at Medical Staffing Network:
Audit all Advertisinng invoices, all payable vendor invoices, Office expensesfor HQ and 250 Branch office locations Processed Rent Checks - employees on Temporary assignment Paid rent for 150 Branch Office locations occupied accross the US Run edit verification reports to insure proper G/L and Ledger accounts billed Journal Entries for any corrections for month end closings and accruals Check runs on daily basis to pay vendors, for all invoices coded and verified. Checks were then matched with invoices for CFO signature. Processed employees payroll, on Healthworks system; set up 401K Personnel stats
