Work to find and bring to current deliquent accounts. Handled the collection on all of the accounts for the Credit Union Responsible for the repossessions for vehicles and later selling collateral Minimized loss to the Credit Union Worked with the attorney regarding bankruptcy, garnishments, and all other legal action Wrote the policy and procedure Handled delinquent accounts, working to member’s accounts to current Previously worked as a Loan Officer for From May to June before Promotion to Collection Manager. Assisted members of the credit union to write and approve loans for home equity, new and used car loans, signature loans, credit cards, and share secured loans.
