Daily Duties at Reactive Nano Technologies:
•Worked closely with engineers to assist in product development using RNT’s high tech bonding method. Specifically performed the following functions: •Prepared metal and ceramic samples for testing, including machining and pre-applying solder. •Bonded samples. •Analyzed bonds using delicate equipment including ultrasonic c-scanning. •Performed Shear/Strain Test analysis, mechanical strength testing and cross-sectioning. •Kept detailed records of results in laboratory notebook and electronically compiled and graphed results as necessary. •Served as machinist resource for engineering group, making fixtures and jigs
