A 102-year-old global textile manufacture of 3-dimensional engineered textiles globally focusing within Medical, Automotive Interior Trim and Seating Systems and Aviation Industries. Responsibilities: North America Sales, Mexico Production and Operations, implemented Lean Manufacturing at Mexico Operations, Business and Sales Plans, Legal Contracts, Import and Export, Bank Financials, P&L, Budgets and HR. Objectives: Develop Automotive, Medical and Aviation specifications in order to achieve new business through OEMs and their Tier I suppliers. Primary contacts C-level to program managers. Developed business and marketing plans that ignited fast diverse revenue into the Automotive, Medical and Aircraft industries. Exemplary Management, Sales and Marketing Accomplishments: Immediately awarded new business DCX in 2007 that enabled MTUS to achieve fiscal year budget…Program value $850,000 Budget $2,900,000 Established in 2008 JCI, Recaro, Airbus and Boeing Programs…$3,400,000 Established 20 new Automotive Platforms for Interior Trim and Seating Systems in 2008-2009 that will bring est. sales over…$5,200,000 Increased Medical Textiles sales from $20,000 to $375,000 Increased sales in 13 months from $1.3m to $5.6m Developed solid OEM and Tier 1 relationships in US with emphasis on MX and Canada
