Responsibilities: North America Sales, Mexico Production and Operations, implemented Lean Manufacturing at Mexico Operations, Business and Sales Plans, Legal Contracts, Import and Export, Bank Financials, P&L, Budgets and HR. Objectives: Develop Automotive, Medical and Aviation specifications in order to achieve new business through OEMs and their Tier I suppliers. Primary contacts C-level to program managers. Developed business and marketing plans that ignited fast diverse revenue into the Automotive, Medical and Aircraft industries.
