• Maintained research project focusing on telomerase in pancreatic beta cells using current molecular biology techniques such as Real-Time PCR, tissue culture focusing on transfection protocols, Western Blot analyses, and pancreatic islet isolations. • Assisted post-doctoral fellows with their research by independently carrying out molecular biology techniques and researching current periodicals.
