Daily Duties at Boston University:

Completed a comprehensive program at this hospital which included 14 weeks of clinical rotations, and 15 weeks of clinical, community, foodservice, and clinical research at other clinical locations in the Boston area. • Provided individualized nutritional care to patients and their families, including four weeks of staff relief in the ICU and Cardiac Unit. • Assessed the nutritional status of patients, developed an appropriate nutrition care plan, documented, and maintained nutrition-related records. • Assisted Research Dietitian in screening potential research subjects for industry drug trials and creating educational handouts. • Prepared and organized source documents and screen failures for review by the Study Monitor. • Data entry on industry’s online database.
