Daily Duties at Servicom Office, The Presidency, Abuja, Nigeria:

Oversee implementation of the service delivery program (SERVICOM) in assigned Federal Government Ministries, Department and Agencies (MDAs) under minimal supervision of Senior SERVICOM Officers · Act as a facilitator for the adoption of SERVICOM by MDAs · Develop and maintain contact with the network of assigned MDAs · Provide technical assistance to assigned MDAs including; conducting SERVICOM Sensitization programs for staff of the MDAs, convening and leading workshops as well as anchoring resource center clinics for assigned MDAs SERVICOM Unit Staff · Conduct SERVICOM Compliance Evaluations (SCE) of MDAs and make recommendations for service improvement planning to the management of evaluated MDAs · Present proposals, memoranda, reports and/or presentations to SERVICOM Management for consideration at its meetings · Review SERVICOM impact on service delivery in MDAs and report on impact results · Monitor SERVICOM implementation in assigned MDAs and arrange for consultation and technical assistance as appropriate · Collaborate and work with SERVICOM Officers staff on other SERVICOM priority areas as appropriate and determined by the SERVICOM National Coordinator · Develop a substantive knowledge, and recognized standing locally, regionally and nationally on service delivery principles · Represent the SERVICOM Office at designated meetings and events · Work collaboratively in cross-disciplinary teams with SERVICOM Office colleagues on special assignments that serve to enhance SERVICOM Office’s organizational effectiveness · Development and management of SERVICOM Office Operations Diary · Assistant operational team leader · Other assignments as determined by the SERVICOM National Coordinator · Performs other SERVICOM Officer functions for general work processes
