Created and executed Reputation Management initiative, which included executive positioning and speaker’s bureau, employee communications programs and media relations. Acted as company spokesperson for all crises and potential threats to BellSouth’s reputation, including collective bargaining, consumer satisfaction issues and legal proceedings.
