Daily Duties at Citigroup:
• Director of Communications for the $9B private-label retail credit card division of Citi Cards for The Home Depot; led strategic internal communications function with a team of seven managers and specialists throughout the U.S. and Canada; developed and executed annual communications strategy working with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated branding enterprise-wide; developed and managed a departmental budget of more than $2MM annually; created, implemented and managed reward and recognition initiatives for 4,000 associates; created and managed a quarterly associate newsletter for associates in eight Citi Cards call center locations; managed community partnerships and volunteer efforts for the Citi Cards/The Home Depot partnership; created and managed all internal associate events, including quarterly town halls and monthly partnership business reviews; developed strategy and launched the business’ first-ever intranet site.
