Daily Duties at Protection One:
~Support for District manager. ~Preparing financial statements daily. ~Direct source of information for employees as well as district manger regarding policies and procedures, handling human resource issues. ~Troubleshooting customer issues; billing issues, contract issues, cancellations, handling all escalated calls. ~Entering contracts into software, quality checking contracts and documents for corporate review/approval. ~Entering payroll, completing and calculating commissions for several sales representatives as well as making sure that commission for sales staff are true and correct for final pay. ~Meeting a series of deadlines and cutoff periods involving payroll and financials. ~Entering hourly employee timesheets daily. ~Producing paperwork for new employee hires and exiting employees as well as handling all confidential human resources information regarding all employee types.
