• Architected solutions that allow customers to manage the change process of their customer contact information through an automated data quality, data enrichment, de-duplication and opt-in /opt-out communication • Assisted many companies realize improved efficiencies and cost savings with the use of Address Quality, Location Intelligence, Spatial Analysis and Tax Jurisdiction determination solutions on Mainframe, UNIX, Linux and Windows platforms • Worked with major mailers and marketing companies on mail efficiency and cycle optimization and integrating these solutions into their document creation and print flow, generating over $2 million in savings in 12 months • Support for a full suite of Data Quality products, Geo-Spatial, Tax Jurisdiction Assignment, and Data Integration solutions that are offered as Web Services or as SaaS model • Created a prototype closed loop address change management system for the Financial Industry which was designed to assist in fraud detection and is now the AURA product • Integrated our data quality and matching solution with Siebel CRM for Northeast Telecommunications Company to streamline their ability to accurately determine service availability • Created a prototype ETL, Data Quality and Tax Jurisdiction Assignment solution for the Telecommunications industry to reduce data errors and increase customer satisfaction • Designed a full suite of Data Quality and demographic solutions to enable a Master Data Management (MDM) initiative to create a single view of customer at a large Utility company • Architected an data quality, geospatial, closest site and routing solution for large home improvement company • Designed a solution that integrated the full suite of Pitney Bowes Customer Data Quality Platform to increase the value of the data within the SAP CRM system and would streamline the billing processes and reduce customer service issues • Training Acquired: Technical Presentation Skills
