Daily Duties at Danka Office Imaging :
Promoted from Team Lead after relocating from Long Island, NY office. Supervised 28 associates' workflow, attendance, coaching, counseling and development. Processed bi-weekly payroll on the company’s internal computer program for all billing associates. Coordinated and delegated the daily contract activity including set ups, renewals and credit and debit adjustments. Worked with Accounts Payable and Collections departments to resolve billing and collection issues weekly. Championed escalation issues for all internal and external customers. Provide daily and weekly reporting on billing and contract activity.
