Daily Duties at Smith & Nephew Wound Management:

Responsible for entering the first 12 letters of the alphabet for the company’s 500-800 vendor invoices and correspondence weekly. Responsible for the weekly check run of 150-300 checks, the direct deposit for all of the sales force, with the corresponding reports to be approved by upper management. Responsible for the posting of cash and 50-80 checks weekly on the company’s internal program through the ACH system that worked with the Bank and the companies finance department. Coordinate and key monthly accrual reports for upper management. Separate and file all vendor, internal and external customer paperwork for the week.
