Daily Duties at Harmony Health Plan Of Illinois:
Installed all computer software including Microsoft, network and anti virus applications. Configured personal computers in support of over 100 internal users of the company’s local area network. Provided Information Technology Systems (ITS) Help Desk support by trouble shooting desktop PCs, printers and telephone systems. Established effective working relationships with software and hardware vendors essential to provide supplies and the licensing necessary for the support of internal computer users. Completed projects and assignments as required, including, but not limited to computer applications technology, pricing comparisons and computer systems conversions. Monitored telephone system and printers for maintenance and problem resolution. Developed, implemented and maintained the company’s total Inventory Control system for all internal and off-site technology equipment. Created and edited all departmental documents using Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
