Daily Duties at The Quest Group, Inc.:
Developed over 200 new business proposals per year including proposals for private and public sector banking, government electronic benefits transfer systems, colleges, universities and public and private school systems. Completed comprehensive research involving reports for management using Microsoft Excel and Crystal Reports applications. Managed Customer Service and support activities for 6000 plus customers as well as all company advertising and trade show materials. Correlated the printing, assembly, shipping, and inventory control of all client and administrative materials for 50 U.S. state governments and over 6,000 Butterball Gift program clients. Maintained record keeping, inventory control and the documentation of all business activities.
