• Performed project management activities to customize MIS products such as Artemis Views and JIRA • Participated in JAD sessions/interviews for requirements gathering, created functional specifications • Setup deployment process and encouraged best practices (Version control and Knowledge Management Tool) • Proposed an interface between Artemis views and NESSIE system to automate the manual processing • Documented functional and technical requirements for new modules and changed requests • Applied OOAD and designed MIS Reports web portal using J2EE and Oracle to generate organizational reports • Involved in piloting of JIRA – Planning, User training and support, user/training documentation • Ensured smooth project transition being liaise between peer organizations during project transition phase
