Daily Duties at Interstate Ac Svc:
My duties included balancing payroll every week for 12 technicians. Clearing there service calls on the dispatch board & entering there hourly times for each job they performed. I also handled billing the customers for the jobs the service technicians performed. I entered payables into the FACS system on a weekly basis for 2 companies. I helped answering the busy phone lines (12 in all). I can also do 10 key by touch. I also was responsible for filing the companies PO’s every week for the 2 companies & keeping them filed.
