Daily Duties at Synergy Graphix 210 East 49th Street, New York:
• Manage the print production process of all printed materials for Hedge funds and Fortune 500 clients consisting of Letterheads, Business Cards, Brochures, financial Pitch books and premiums. • Negotiate and purchase all print while maintaining maximum quality as well as competitiveness and profitability. • Press checks and Paper selection for all printed material to ensure proper finishes. • Work closely with Creative Director to develop and consistently apply design templates, ensuring a high quality product and maintain Brand identities. • Manage teams consisting of Designers and Print Production artists to help expedite projects to ensure adherence to project guidelines, schedules, and budgets. • Recruit and retain exceptional talent, and actively manage performance of all Production staff through clear goal-setting and constructive feedback • Stay abreast of¬¬¬ the newest technology tools and applications. • Help identify critical bottlenecks, and resolve quality control issues in order to manage project schedules and budgets.
