Daily Duties at Hughes Network Systems:
After a thorough understanding of the CAD drawing of the part needed to be machined, I complete the opening clech list of the plant. proceed to calibrating of the MS-50 soldering unit, and the tag blaster. responsible the proper operation of all the electronic packaging machinery. trouble shoot all work related problem by working collaboratively with other technician and applying appropriate quality standards. Pull sample products as required to assure products meet specifications. Record (weight, size, etc…) Follow up with computer data entry to facilitate tracking of defective products There are no room for mistakes. My job is to make sure defective products do not get shipped out. I also monitor the assign project timeline schedule, and progress report.
