Daily Duties at Peabody Energy Corporation:
Responsible for claim's handling for all lines of coverage. I spent a great deal of time on Workers' Compensation and our Federal Black Lung programs. I was responsible for all of the state regulatory reports and annual renewal programs and managed various third party administrators. I was involved in the litigation process and significantly reduced outstanding reserves. I funded both of these programs on an as needed basis. I was involved in too many other responsbiities to highlight in this section.
