Daily Duties at Boeing:

Contracted to design, develop, and administer management programs for the Program Planning and Control group within Boeing. Designed the support tools necessary to track and deliver training. Researched aandadministered a Mentoring Program designed to aid in the knowledge transfer process within PP&C. Co-facilitated Manager HR training with the HR Manager for all 2nd and 3rd level managers within the organization to enhance they’re knowledge of HR functions required of management. Supervised and mentored a college intern from UW, provided the major project required for credit at the university. Researched and designed a career matrix to be used by management during career development discussions and it was also used by employees to help in the process of figuring out where they would like to go with their career within PP&C.
