In this position, responsibilities included but were not limited to the following: Maintain within Oracle Advanced Collections/Oracle Financials our customer files, managing monthly multimillion-dollar portfolio of major corporations such as General Motors- Raytheon, Sony, B of A, Kmart, Kellogg Company, Eli Lilly, Daimler Chrysler Lions Gate and Northrop Grumman to name a few. Verifying the validity of account discrepancies investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service and barters related issues. Reviewing and resolving recurring problem accounts (i.e. processing credit memos, researching discrepancies and misapplication of funds, fraud etc) Provided problem recognition and risk management assistance, resolving past due issues Demonstrated continuous effort to improve operations and streamline work processes.
