Daily Duties at Inyx Usa, Ltd :
Received, classified, filed and distribute all documentation corresponding to Document Control Center. Performed data entry for all tracking systems corresponding to the documents received, filed and/or destroyed in the Document Control Center. Received, dispatched Change Control request, site registrations and licenses, investigation, training request from/to other areas under the Quality responsibility. Responsible of providing questionnaire to the new Contractors and Suppliers. Evaluate if they complied with the Suppliers and Contractor List Approved. Maintained Product files for reference (Approved Suppliers List and Contractor list) Maintained updated all information related form the suppliers, contracts and contract facility. Evaluated and revised all procedures. Closed produces sessions in ISOtrain Systems. Work with highly confidencial documents/information, such as Regulatory Affairs documents. Provided support during Regulatory Agency inspections. Updated product files. Provided assitantnace to all plant. Maintained organization expenses within budget plan. Monthly Reports to inform all activity performed during the month.
