Daily Duties at Computer Share:

Handled high volume inbound calls from shareholders, brokers and lawyers on common stock for well-known companies, such as NCR, GTE, Bell Atlantic and John Hancock. Also researched documents mailed in and ensured that all problems that I received were rectified and followed through completion
