Daily Duties at Putnam Investments:

To proactively administer the daily service requirements of Putnam's back office contacts. Cultivate home office relationships to enhance the client's perception of Putnam by leveraging Putnam's operations products and services through monthly updates on production, performance, and technology. Enhance client service by partnering with System Support and Development to assist in the identification and implementation of new services and technology. Ensure time sensitive deadlines are met on a day-to-day basis and reporting/system issues are communicated in a timely manner. Understand the impact of the issues on daily functions and business partners. Partner with internal departments, internal management, and external resources to ensure the completion of day-to-day administration. Requires significant interaction with both internal & external clients, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of NSCC functionality with a strong understanding of Putnam's products and services and outstanding client service, analytical, and problem resolution skills
