Accrued payroll at month end. • Verified AP cash disbursements, book standard accruals, prepared sales tax reports, reviewed & cleared AR credit invoices, standard and job costing, • Reviewed & post house checks, expense report’s analysis, re-class inter-company AP, analyzed income statement/balance sheet & adhere to SOX financial processes and controls. Analyzed/reconciled financial stmts. • Prepared & posted RAC IC entries, provide AR aging breakdown & reserve schedule monthly. Prepared KPMG qtly questionnaire. Prepared quarterly accrual schedule. Reviewed open payable report. Analyzed PO reports. • Reconciled, analyzed, verified purchases, sales, claims, prepared weekly billings, month end close.
