Daily Duties at Northrop Grumman Technical Services:
• Analyzed contracts funding, value, and budget versus actual, rotations for government. • Provide analysis and support for all financial and accounting activities • Assists in transition and streamlining of incumbent financial functions & integration of these functions with the contractors financial systems and their integrations with DOD systems • Provides guidance and support analysis of cost performance trends in programs and overhead • Provides analytical support to ensure that Fort Irwin LSS contract operates within financial limits established by Army • Generate detailed spreadsheets showing invoice payments, expenditures & percentage of completion to date. Reviewed financial and accounting documents, reports, policies, operations and procedures. • Planed, managed, created program controls and reviewed processes. • Provide financial analysis and accounting information to Senior Business Manager & Project Manager & develop and recommend alternative options to improve financial management performance. • Maintain contract modifications for financial adjustments. Prepared cash receipts, cash forecast. Checks & balances. • Provided financial and business support for contract activities, utilizing cost/schedule performance measurement systems • Prepared rough order of magnitude & cost proposal.
